Join Zurich Assure, Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, as a Senior General Advice Consultant and play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most. Reporting to the Head of General Advice, this role supports both the General Advice team and customers directly, delivering high‑quality, phone‑based general advice.

 

You’ll guide new and existing customers through their life insurance decisions, helping them understand their options and make informed choices about appropriate cover. With a strong focus on customer experience, you’ll deliver advice in a way that is clear, supportive, and efficient, ensuring each interaction builds trust and confidence.

 

As an SME in the General Advice team, you'll also contribute through assisting the Head of General Advice to coach team members, ensure operations run efficiently and assist customer in more complex scenarios.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

 

  • RG146 qualification required
  • Previous experience in retail life insurance highly regarded
  • A genuine interest in supporting and developing others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of precision and attention to detail
  • Great initiative and ability to prioritise 
  • Experience and capability with using financial planning CRM systems highly regarded
